Let us work out who pays.

Five questions, about three minutes. Then we tell you what you qualify for and we do the applying with you — the forms, the calls, the chasing.

It is free, and it does not commit you to Birch. Plenty of people use our help and choose somewhere else.

This is what the funding pays for. Working out how to get it is our job, not yours.

It works whether you already have a waiver, have been waiting years, or have never heard of any of this.

Rather just talk? Call (832) 359-1399 and a person answers.

What we do from here

Where your funding is up to

This is the whole route. We handle the parts marked as ours.

The forms are the bit we do together

Nobody should fill these in alone. We sit down with you, in person or on a call, in English or Spanish, and we go through every question. We know which answers get people rejected.

If you have any of this to hand it speeds things up, but do not go hunting. Missing paperwork is a normal place to start and we will help you find it.

What it looks like on the other side of the paperwork.

Leave us a number and we will pick it up

Give us these and we call you back within one working day. From then on you can see where things have got to at any time, and we tell you when something moves rather than waiting for you to ask.

Only if you have it to hand. Leave it blank otherwise.

This goes to two people at Birch and is used to call you back and keep track of your case. Ask us to delete it at any point and we will, no questions.
